Favourable setting, close enough to center of old town as well as the Cathedral and Alcazar palace. Queen room with coffee and tea and shared bathroom.

The hotel staff is welcoming and exceptional. The units are clean and warm with a shared bathroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with very, very nice and incredibly welcoming staff from staff members. The location of the property was great and favourable - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a pleasant shady street.

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. 24/7 reception desk was a lifesaver, as I arrived late at night and they were able to accommodate me without any hassle.- The included breakfast was good value for money, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The noise levels at night were quite high, especially if your room is near the reception or main area of the hotel. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel, especially if you are arriving late at night and not familiar with the area.

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and helpfull staff. Our room was not too big, but it was ok.

It is almost impossible to reach the hotel by car. This is not such a problem, but it would be nice if it was among the information at Booked.net

There were only three bathrooms for the all hostel, always busy; extremely noisy; staff ware not helpfull at all; we had dirty sheets which hadn't been changed throughtout our stay; the most poor breakfast (cheap quality and no choice).

It has great and incredible location around 4-6 minutes' walk from a well-known street. Area is great and near a side alley, the main cathedral and the commercial center of the city.
